Beauty isn't always fresh and new. It isn't always polished and packaged nicely or cast in bronze so it will never whither. In fact, quite the opposite. Fragility makes everything more beautiful and everything time touches is of more value, not because it is infinite, but because time adds a precious decay on all things and we must enjoy them within those limitations. // Sun soaked memories and years of smiles etched into my face, hands that are no longer smooth and polished because they have spent so much time digging deep in the good stuff of life, blue eyes that faded to gray having seen countless cities and sunsets and shades of paint... life is beautiful at the beginning, but even more so at the end. I would be remiss if I were to fear Beauty's progress or waste time trying to delay its effects on my heart and body.
