Hello to all new followers! For the past month my family and I have been hopping all over Europe on our grand adventure. We'll be home soon-ish and my quiet, creative life and studio-practice will resume. 🙌🏽 I'm really looking forward to it (but also totally thankful for this trip & enjoying each adventure) // Just for fun, a few random facts (in no particular order) 1. Mother to two little girls who are quite close in age and like to pretend to be twins sometimes (the height difference gives them away) 2. We bought and completely remodeled a midcentury home this year (still a WIP but so close) 3. I paint in oils mostly, but also watercolor, acrylic, and anything else that strikes my fancy. ☺️ (rules don't usually sit well with me) 4. We are currently in Spain and it is INCREDIBLY wonderful. 5. I've seen about 700 Picasso paintings in the past week. 🙌🏽 6. I'm a major night owl (my most productive hours are between 12-3 pm & am) and I stopped being shy about that fact a couple years ago. It's just who I am! 💪🏽 7. Favorite color is white (but deep green is a close 2nd -- Why is this a thing I as an intelligent adult felt the need to tell you? Childhood habits, y'all...) 8. I'm a wanna-be plant mama (at one point I had 55 houseplants but too many of them die for me to wear that badge honestly 🥀) 9. I just hosted a creative retreat in France along with @Willowflorals and I'm pretty sure it was one of the best things I will do all year 10. I've been with my husband for 12 years total and he is beyond my best friend and partner I could hope for. Awww.... 😘no but really, I think good love should be noticed and talked about because, if it's really true and constant, it can be easy to take for granted and I don't ever want to do that.
